DV 1/5 a month agoThis company is completely unprofessional and unprofessional. They don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails, and their warranty service is terrible. After dealing with a breakdown on my machine while it was under warranty, I sent it to the technical service in June. A month and a half later, I received it back at home without any prior notice. I turned it on, and the machine still had the same problem—completely unprofessional. They replaced the motor, which was fine. I did a visual inspection myself, and the problem was something very simple that the so-called professionals missed. I noticed play and wear on the brush shaft of the lawn sweeper. I sent it back again, explaining the problem, and after more than another month, I received it back at home. It was covered in dust, even though it was only a year old and had been kept clean. I cleaned it, and to my surprise, the entire plastic casing was marked with dents, and the safety button was missing—it was broken too. They are beyond awful, completely unprofessional, and they weren't even curious enough. I'll be hearing from them through other channels. I've attached photos of the first problem they couldn't even detect and the condition the machine was in when I received it. I absolutely do not recommend buying this brand.
Rubén Lorente 5/5 3 months agoExceptional service. Without a doubt, a highly recommended brand. Daniel from the workshop provided excellent service, and the other two guys were equally outstanding. This is a crucial factor when deciding whether or not to purchase a product from a particular brand, and in this case, Garland gets a 10 out of 10 in that regard. As I said, 100% recommended, and the service was exquisite. We came with a Garland Foggy Garden misting machine.
