How Can I Place an Order?

There are several options to find the spare part you are looking for:

- You can use the search engine on our homepage by entering the full or partial name of the item you need.

- You can also browse through our Spare Parts or Accessories category menu and select any subcategory from the dropdown to narrow your search.

- Finally, if you are looking for the specific spare part for your machine and prefer to see it in a technical diagram, you can navigate our exploded views to place your order. From the exploded view, you can add spare parts to your cart by simply clicking on the product’s listing line (highlighted in red), copy the reference to your clipboard, or visit its product page for additional information.

Once you have added all the items you need to your cart, you can make any desired adjustments—changing quantities, removing items, or even adding references manually.

When you are ready with your order, proceed to checkout.

If this is your first purchase, you will need to complete a form with all your details so we can deliver your order correctly. If you are already a registered customer, simply click the Log In button and enter your username and password.

Select your preferred shipping method, and then choose your payment method.

Next, a confirmation screen will appear indicating that your order has been placed, and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details.

IMPORTANT: When ordering a spare part, it is vital that you verify the version on the machine’s serial number label (physically) to ensure that you are browsing the correct model and ordering the right spare part.
What Payment Methods Can I Use?

Our payment methods are as follows:


- Credit Card. You can pay your order via the Banco Santander payment gateway integrated into our website, which ensures the security of your payments.


- Paypal. You can pay quickly and securely using your own Paypal account.


- Bizum.  You can pay your order via mobile phone using the Bizum option offered by our Banco Santander gateway.


- ApplePay. You can pay quickly and securely using your own ApplePay account.


- GooglePay. You can pay quickly and securely using your own GooglePay account.


- Cash on Delivery. This option is only available for Spain (except the Canary Islands) and Portugal (except the islands). With this payment method, the courier will charge an extra fee of 6% of the order total for orders over €34 + VAT and a fixed fee of €2 + VAT for orders under €34 + VAT.

Do I Have to Pay Anything Upon Receiving My Order?

Only if you have chosen the Cash on Delivery option will you need to pay the order amount plus the fees mentioned in the payment methods – Cash on Delivery section.


For all other payment/shipping methods, nothing is due to the carrier.


IMPORTANT: For shipments to areas with additional customs and tax charges, these fees must be paid upon delivery by the recipient.

How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

For orders weighing up to 10kg, we always ship via express courier, so nearly 100% of these orders are delivered within 24 hours (business days).


During busy periods, orders received after 2:00 p.m. may take up to 48 hours for delivery.


For large volume orders, delivery may even take up to 72 hours since the courier used for these orders is not an express service.

What Will the Shipping Cost Be?

Our shipping rates are as follows:

  • - Spain and Mainland Portugal: €8.20 + VAT
  • - Madrid: €6.20 + VAT
  • - *Balearic Islands: €11.00 + VAT
  • - *Canary Islands: €20.00

*The prices shown for the Canary Islands and Balearic Islands apply to the larger islands and a maximum weight/volume of 10kg. For smaller islands and weights over 10kg, a transport surcharge will be quoted once the original order has been placed and paid. If the surcharge is not accepted, the order will be cancelled and the full amount refunded without penalty.


For the following destinations, the price is indicative and may be subject to change due to the order volume or rate revisions by our shipping providers.

  • - Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Portuguese islands: €20.00 + VAT
  • - Germany, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: €18.00 + VAT

When Will I Receive My Order?

To check your order status, simply log in to “My Account” and click on “Orders.” Once there, you can find your order and see its current status.

 

Additionally, in your order confirmation email you will receive a tracking link so you can monitor your order at all times.

Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

As long as the order has not yet been prepared, you can contact pedidos@recaball.com to request a cancellation or change.


Once the order is in preparation, it cannot be canceled or modified.


IMPORTANT: Our process is designed for speed—many orders go from being placed to being prepared within just a few minutes. Therefore, please ensure you have verified the references (including machine versions) and quantities before completing your purchase.

What Happens If I Am Not Home When My Order is Delivered?

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will try to contact you (provided you have supplied your phone number) to ensure delivery. If delivery is still not possible, the courier will leave a notice for you to contact the courier office and arrange a second delivery.


You will also have the option to pick up the package directly from the carrier’s local office.

How Can I Request an Invoice?

You can log into your private area on our website and find/download your invoice in the "Invoices" section. Alternatively, you can email administracion@recaball.com with your order number, and we will send it to you by email.

How Can I Return an Order?
You have a period of 14 days from the moment you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

You must send an email to pedidos@recaball.com indicating your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will instruct you on how to proceed in case of damage during transit, an error on our part, or a mistake when ordering. For more information, please refer to the legal notice under "terms of sale/contracting" and "returns."

Will I Incur Any Handling Fees If I Return a Product?

If you wish to return a product, please contact us through any of our available channels.

I Need to Repair a Machine at a Workshop

You can consult all the official Authorized Technical Service (SAT) centers that service the brands we represent. Simply go to the top menu “Technical Service” and use the search tool to locate the SAT nearest to you.

 

You can contact them by phone or email as provided on each SAT’s page.

 

You can also request an appointment to have your machine repaired so that the SAT is informed in advance of your issue, question, or need. To do so, please fill out the corresponding form.

I Have Questions About My Machine’s Warranty

The warranty for machines purchased before 2023 is 2 years.

If the machine was or has been purchased from 01/01/2023 onward, the warranty is 3 years.

If the manufacturer offers an extra year of warranty, Recaball will cover the additional period provided by the brand.
